jogging



nak jogging tiap-tiap minggu. start slow-slow.
seminggu sekali. maybe lepas tu 2 kali seminggu dan seterusnya.
aku jogging pun nak kasi bdn fit je. x nak kurus pun, just nak fit dan jaga kesihatan.
lagi-lagi dah sem 6 sekarang. perlu energy yang banyak.
i love health.

p/s : awak pun perlu jaga kesihatan :)
